To all members of the national inter-bank bond market,                     

According to "Notice on Holiday Arrangement by the State Council General Office in 2010" (Guobanfamingdian [2009] No. 27), now the closed arrangement of public holidays for the national inter-bank bond market is hereby notified as follows:                     

1. "New Year's Day"

1) The market is closed for 3 days, from January 1 to January 3, 2010.                     

2) From January 4, 2010 bond transaction and clearing business is resumed.                     

2. "Spring Festival"

1) The market is closed for 7 days, from February 13 to February 19, 2010.                     

2) From February 20, 2010(Saturday) bond transaction and clearing business is resumed. On February 21, 2010 (Sunday) bond transaction and clearing business continues as usual.                      

3.  "Tomb-sweeping Day"

1) The market is closed for 3 days, from April 3 to April 5, 2010.                     

2) From April 6, 2010 bond transaction and clearing business is resumed.                     

4. "Labor Day"

1) The market is closed for 3 days, from May 1 to May 3, 2010.                     

2) From May 4, 2010 bond transaction and clearing business is resumed.                     

5. "Dragon Boat Festival"

1) The market is closed for 3 days, from June 14 to June 16, 2010.                     

2) From June 17, 2010 bond transaction and clearing business is resumed. On June 12, 2010 (Saturday) and June 13, 2010(Sunday) bond transaction and clearing business continues as usual.                     

6. "Mid-Autumn festival"

1) The market is closed for 3 days, from September 22 to September 24, 2010.                     

2) From September 25, 2010(Saturday) bond transaction and clearing business is resumed. On September 19, 2010 (Sunday) bond transaction and clearing business continues as usual.                     

7. "National Day"

1) The market is closed for 7 days, from October 1 to October 7, 2010.                     

2) From October 8, 2010(Saturday) bond transaction and clearing business is resumed. On September 26,2010(Sunday) and October 9, 2010(Saturday) bond transaction and clearing business continues as usual.                     

8. Others

1) In case that the bond delivery date specified in bond settlement contract coincidently occurs during a public holiday, the implementation of the contract is correspondingly postponed to a first business day after such a holiday.                     

2) Pursuant to this Notice, all members should do a good job in bond transaction and settlement arrangements so as to avoid inconvenience.
